The pasta is how I cook it, and the escalopes how my grandmother cooks them, and home because the owner is a Ligurian (and I'm Genoese) who clearly cares about it. He is keen to take all the orders himself (despite the full house) and to do the best with what he has available. As we tasted each dish, we perceived the effort and costs that Ermes has to face in importing quality ingredients such as those that, for being on the other side of the world, he offers to his customers. A certainty. the excellent food the abundant portions the bread basket as well, Ermes the owner is of a unique kindness always smiling even if he grinds km between the tables and always finds a way to treat his customers a Professional. The Italian cuisine is excellent but also the Thai one of which they make various delicacies even off the menu Finally, the owner Ermes conducts the orchestra in an excellent way with his sympathy and professionalism, I also tried the delivery service on rainy days and I found it very good, I recommend it

Fantastic scallops and excellent tagliatelle with prawns and zucchini, One of the best Italian restaurants in Patong. Exceptional value for money, friendly staff, highly recommend!

We looked for an Italian restaurant and read the excellent reviews and decided to have dinner there. The restaurant is simple and clean and we are immediately welcomed with kindness. We are now projected into a real Italian bar/restaurant, many speak Italian, some customers are clearly regulars and joke with each other and with the staff and the owner. After ordering, we meet Ermes, the owner of the restaurant, very affable and kind.
